Requirements:

• Strong coaching and business development skills (or analogous transferable skills)
• A home office with laptop computer and internet access
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) expertise
• Experience using online/web-based programs
• Historically has made high 5 or 6 figure income and a desire to replicate/surpass that
• Ability/willingness to go up to 6 months without income while business ram up (3-6 month likely to generate revenue)
• Strong networking skills and preferably an established network
• Ability/willingness to also network to develop a strong referral network (career coaches, recruiters, financial advisors, small business attorneys, etc.)
• Ability/willingness to make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
• Capable of working hard in an established business system, receive feedback/coaching on a weekly basis from the Regional Developer and the Franchise owner team
